Created an easy to follow decision-making guide on when/how to use a concept test (above) .
DELIVERABLES
Also developed an all-in-one tool for conducting a concept test; an Excel spreadsheet with user interview protocol, easy-to-input data sheets (for Kano model, rank prioritization, usability survey questions, and unstructured questions), and ready- to-go formulas to quickly execute statistical analysis and compose helpful charts and graphs for presentation.
